paramedic student looking for a break

Hello my name is Robin, I'm a 19 year old Paramedic student in desperate need for dental work, I've never been to a dentist because my disabled mother of 3 couldn't afford it, I went through my entire childhood never being able to smile or laugh and play with other children out of fear of being made fun of by other children for having horrible teeth, I would sit in the back never talking to others.

I've never let myself get close to boys out of fear they won't like me because of my mouth and all I have ever wanted is a nice mouth but I just can't afford to get it fixed.

As a paramedic student, I need to be able to communicate with others in order to save lives but I just can't talk much because I don't want to open my mouth. I'm tired of being the quiet person in the back, I want to stand out and make a difference in someone else's life, I see this as an opportuntiy to help me, help others, I have a deep passion for helping people but my mouth is holding my back.
